English Psychometric 2011

Are you ready to start studying for the E.P. in a serious way?

Here is some information that you should know before you begin:

The exam has 3 types of sections, math sections, verbal reasoning sections and English sections.

The English section is the one in which English speakers have a real edge. The English section is the same section that is offered in the Hebrew exam.  So, while Israeli students must diligently study for the English section, you will most likely receive full marks with minimal effort.

In addition, while others spend far too long teaching the English section of the Psychometric, at GMAX we know our audience and we know that it is not to your advantage to waste precious time going over a section that you already know. Instead, we cater to your needs and spend our time on the verbal reasoning and the mathematics sections.

The GMAX English Psychometric course is taught 100% in English. That means that you will be practicing in English all the time. Our classwork, homework, workbooks and practice tests are only in English.

Others may offer you a course that will prepare you for the test but you will merely learn the mathematical terms and expressions in English. While you translate the question from English (the language that the test is given in) to Hebrew (the language that you studied in) and then again to English (your native language), precious time will be lost. Remember, if you want to maximize your score on the Psychometric you must minimize your time. Studying for an English exam with a course that is given in English is your best chance.

Our course is created in such a way that we carry you from the very beginning of the math and the verbal reasoning concepts right until the maximum expected for the English Psychometric exam.

You will learn algebra, geometry, exponents, roots, word problems, logic games, vocabulary and much, much, more.

The courses are given both in Tel Aviv and in Jerusalem, in central locations to make it most comfortable for you.
