High Scores: GMAX was founded in Israel in 1993 to serve the needs of serious college and graduate students who want to assure themselves of the highest level of preparation for American examinations, required for college entrance both in Israel and abroad.

Courses on the Highest International Level: The GMAX courses are on an international level, and taught only by native English speakers. The courses are given in the English language, to provide the student with experience in thinking, speaking and answering questions in English.

Professional Study Materials: The classes use professional American material, most of which is otherwise available only to American students. The results of this approach have been amazing! The consistently high test scores of GMAX students attest to this fact.

Small Classes - Lots of Personal Attention: Because GMAX is a private school, with only a limited number of students per class, the courses are individually designed. Each class is re-evaluated twice during the course. Consequently, students are assured of courses that meet their specific needs. In addition, extra help is available as necessary, creating an environment of support for every student.

Amazing Teachers: The teachers who prepare our students are carefully chosen both for their knowledge of the subject matter and for their ability to teach students successfully and in an interesting manner. Every teacher is given fully prepared lesson plans detailing the exact needs of the class he is to teach. He then takes the original lesson plan, and makes it his own. The students constantly benefit from our detailed and careful approach to each lesson.

Lots of Practice: Students are given ample homework assignments: the typical student does at least two hours per day of homework preparation. The teachers review any difficult homework problems at the beginning of every lesson, and extra time is available with a tutor for those who need it.
