Facts about the English Psychometric Test

The English Psychometric examination

The English Psychometric examination is also called the Combined Test, because on each page, one side will feature English questions, while the other side will feature the Hebrew version of those same questions. If a student does not know a word in English, he can look over at the Hebrew side.

The Combined Test

The Combined Test or The English Psychometric, is available twice a year: once in April and once in July.

The Psychometric test

The Psychometric test has a maximum score of 800. An average score is 520, while a high average score is 620, and a high score is 720+.

The Psychometric Test consists of

The Psychometric Test consists of three sections: Mathematics, English, and Verbal Reasoning (Logic). If you are hoping to get into a science program, your Math score will have greater influence on the admission decision. If you would like to join a program that is more humanities-based, your Verbal Reasoning score will have a stronger weight.
